Jenn has been a RMT for the past 13 years and received her massage therapy diploma from Mount Royal University.

She has pursued additional training in areas including TMJ disorders, myofascial release, cupping, pre and postnatal massage and Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization.

She is a mother of two beautiful children and has since focused her practice on pre and postnatal massage after realizing there is a strong need in our community for more postpartum rehabilitation for new moms.

When she’s not working she enjoys spending time with family and friends in the outdoors and loves photography and knitting
